Modal receives it's fees dynamically from Payment Driver or directly hard coded from the Dealership itself.
If Modal is configured to receive fees dynamically from Payment Driver, the Dealership can ask Modal Support to either:
- Contact Payment Driver on their behalf to have the fees corrected or explained.
- No longer use Payment Driver to receive fees. The Dealership will provide the desired fees for Modal to hard code directly.
If Modal is configured to receive fees directly from the Dealership, the Dealership should let support know which fees they want fixed.
