Frequently dealers will switch from one web provider to another web provider. This does not mean that all your previous Modal configurations will be erased. We can easily copy over all of your dealership's settings onto the new website.
How will the Migration process work?
Once your Customer Success Manager has been alerted that your dealership is creating a new website, we will send over our Modal code to your new Web-Vendor for installation. We will provide your web vendor with a new dealer ID to use in the code configuration. It is helpful for us if the Web-Vendor can provide a link to the new website so we can monitor the configuration. We already have your existing inventory feed and settings saved. Therefore, once the code is properly installed, the Modal Products will be ready to go. We can then activate our Checkout Buttons once the new website is ready to be launched.
