It is very common for a Dealership Active with Modal Checkout to switch to a different inventory provider. This is a smooth process that will require zero down time for Checkout.
After alerting your Customer Success Manager that you are making a change, we will send an email to your new feed provider and request an export file of your inventory. We will request the exact pricing that your dealership would like to be showing in Checkout. The main point of contact at your dealership will be CC'd in the email and must send the inventory feed provider your approval to export the file. Once the new feed has been received, we will verify with you that the pricing is correct.
Once the dealership has given us the go-ahead to display the new inventory feed, we will make some configurations on our end. The new prices will appear in Modal Checkout in approximately 30 minutes. The data from your old inventory feed provider will show in Checkout until the change has officially been made.
