If your dealership has Instant Approval enabled, then you may come across the scenario where you receive a credit application in your RouteOne and DealerTrack account but you cannot see the order on Dashboard and did not receive an email in your CRM.
After the customer enters their billing and approval information in Checkout, once they have authorized the credit pull, an order and a credit application are generated. If the user does not complete the checkout session, either by abandoning checkout or saving the link for a later session, Modal will only send the credit application but not CRM lead.
These are considered partial orders and not complete orders. Currently, Dashboard, will only show complete orders in the Order tab. If you check your Lead tab on RouteOne or DealerTrack and still do not see the customer's information, then reach out to your Modal Customer Success Manager or email@example.com and ask for the CRM email to be sent.
