Lead information is sent to your dealership's CRM email address on file with Modal using the Auto-lead Data Format (ADF) XML. More can be learned about our updated lead format and configuring this process by visiting the article found here.
If Leads are not being sent to your CRM system, please first take this issue up with your CRM system provider. This is most likely a non-Modal issue that will require some adjustments on your end. If your CRM provider verifies that everything has been configured correctly, please submit a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this request, provide us with your CRM email address. We will check that this is the correct email that we have on file and verify if our Leads are indeed being sent there.
