Overview
Modal can display VIN-specific upgrades from Allstate via a PEN integration. For more information on PEN integrations and other available providers, see Currently Integrated PEN Providers.
Allstate Integration Process
In order to start the integration, you will need to first contact your Allstate Rep or adsdealersupport@allstate.com to obtain a 'Producer Change Request' form. This is an electronic form submission that must be completed by an authorized user at your dealership. Under Digital Retailing Providers select Modal/Drive Motors. Once the form has been completed submit to adsdealersupport@allstate.com and allow them 72 business hours to process.
Modal Integration Process
Contact your Modal Customer Success Manager (CSM) or support@modalup.com to start the integration on Modal's end. Modal will need the following information:
1. Dealership Name
2. Allstate ID - Typically this is 'DTDxxxxx' where x is a numerical value.
Modal's Integration & Support team will provide a document with Allstate products and rates available. Your CSM will review coverages with you once the integration is ready.
