Lead Gate Behaviors
Modal supports two lead gate behaviors, “Once” and “Always”.
The “Once” Behavior is best when a Dealership expects most of their customers to be shopping online. Customers only have to enter in their information for the Dealer’s website once. This allows for a smoother shopping experience, as the customer does not have to reenter their information.
The “Always” Behavior is best when a Dealership expects most of their customers to be in person, such as in a showroom setting. A new lead gate is generated with each Modal Button Click. This allows for a smoother sales experience, as the sales person does not have to keep clearing cookies and cache for their browser.
