Modal's vehicle matching comes from both the inventory feed and ChromeData. So if they have missing or imperfect data, it will impact Modal's Checkout.
Any incorrect information on the inventory feed needs to be updated in the Dealer's DMS. If a Dealer suspects it is an issue on ChromeData, they should email firstname.lastname@example.org. Modal can contact ChromeData and manually reload the vehicles to quickly resolve the issue.
