Summary
This issue is often caused from Modal pulling from the incorrect pricing column in the Dealer's feed file. That incorrect pricing column may already have discounts or rebates applied.
This can be easily fixed by having Modal Checkout pull from a different pricing column in the Dealer's feed file. Please contact support@modalup.com for help in resolving this issue.
