Summary
Modal integrates with Kelley Blue Book to calculate trade values. Buyers attempting to trade in 2020 or newer vehicles may not receive a value back from Trade or Checkout. This known issue can be resolved by notifying Kelley Blue Book. Please write to your Customer Success Manager and kbb.infodriversupport@coxautoinc.com. Please request KBB to include the missing vehicle.
