Overview
Modal Checkout is divided up into three main categories: Payment, Upgrades, and Checkout. Your current Checkout step is tracked in the the navigation header seen below:
Based on this image, the customer would be on the Upgrades step since it is highlighted.
Moving Backwards
Once a Modal Checkout step has been completed, a user is still able to return to it later and make adjustments. For example, if the customer is currently on the Checkout stage, but wants to add a few more F&I products, the user will just have to click on 'Upgrades' in the navigation header. This will return the user to the Upgrades section. All configurations made within the Checkout stage will still be saved.
A customer can also use the navigation header to return to the beginning of their current stage. For example, a customer could be at the end Payment stage, but may decide they want to add a trade-in to their order. Clicking on 'Payment' will return the user to the beginning of the stage so that the customer can now enter the trade-in vehicle information.
