Summary
Many dealerships will list vehicles on their website that belong to other locations. This is especially common for a group of dealerships. If the dealerships are using the Modal product, we are able to provide two options for lead routing.
One option is to have all leads generated on your dealership's website to be routed to your CRM system. Regardless of the vehicle's location, the lead will still be sent to your dealership's CRM email.
The other option is to have the lead be sent to the dealership that owns the vehicle being checked-out. Based on the vehicle's information, Modal will be able to route the lead to the correct CRM system.
