While a Dealership can contact a customer from lead or order information sent to their CRM, Modal Dashboard has built in tools that make this easier.
You will need a Modal Dashboard account, which you can get setup from either your Modal Customer Success Manager or through firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you are logged into dashboard, click on any lead or order to view more detailed information. The left hand side will display the customer's contact information and Dashboard's built in contact tools. These include email, SMS, or phone.
You can customize the message you send to a customer, or go with the default that Dashboard provides.
