Overview
Modal relies on DealerTrack's PaymentDriver software to provide available conditional rebates. Customers can access conditional rebates in Checkout by navigating to the payment calculator page and clicking on the 'Special offers' drop down. Missing Conditional Rebates
Some conditional rebates, such as 'Customer Loyalty', are sent to Modal in the form of Dealer Cash. Modal can enable Dealer Cash upon request so that certain conditional rebates will be displayed in Checkout.
Please also be aware that PaymentDriver does not currently support VIN specific rebates. Therefore, any VIN specific conditional offer will not be displayed within Modal Checkout.
Next Steps
Please provide Modal with the official OEM documentation of the missing conditional rebate. Modal support will then contact PaymentDriver support on behalf of the dealership and work towards a solution.
