On Dashboard, admin level and higher users are able to modify their dealerships Staff notification email (Order CC emails) directly. Email address added to this list will have all completed orders sent to their inbox.
In order to make any store level settings, navigate to the Store Settings -> Store tab in the top right-hand corner:
