Why can't I create a user in Dashboard?
Currently, there is a known issue where an error appears when trying to create a user. This happens when the email used to create the user is already in use.
I don't see this email in the Dashboard User list. The account for this email hasn't been created yet.
This means this user has already been created, but they did not get assigned a dealership during the create user step. Please make sure to select at least one dealership when creating a new user.
How do I fix this?
Send an email to email@example.com with the email of the user you're trying to create. Modal support can help resolve this issue. Once resolve, Modal support will let you know and you'll be able to create an account for this user.
