Within Modal’s billing portal you will be able to:
- View invoices
- Send payments
- Enroll in AutoPay and manage payment methods
- Update contact information
- Download invoice PDFs or CSVs
The My Account page is the home page of your billing portal. It provides a tailored summary of your account.
The Activity page allows you to see a list of invoices, estimates, credit notes, and payments. From this page you can select invoices to pay or export transactions to CSV and PDF.
The Statements page allows you to see a current Balance Forward or Open Item statement.
The Billing Details page allows you to update contact information, like email address and billing address.
