Modal has implemented a new feature that allows customers to rate their experience using Modal Checkout. Dealers are able to see their customers' responses within Desk.
Steps to View Responses
In order to see a dealer's survey responses, sign in to Desk here. Navigate to the specific dealer by using the drop-down tab In the top left corner.
Afterward, click the home icon on the top right side. Selecting the home icon will lead to a drop-down. You will then see a tab for Exit Surveys at the bottom.
Depending on the configuration for the dealership, you will select NPS (Net Promoter Score) or CSAT (Customer satisfaction) to view the list of customer survey responses.
